Dartford Scout Group holds Family Art Morning

Over 60 members of Dartford Scout Group including parents attended a family art morning at our Scout Hall in Little Queen Street.
We painted sunflowers for a wall meadow picture, did potatoe printing, scraped across crayons to decorate postcards to send to relatives, made coasters and did self portraits. Upstairs we painted pottery which was to be sent off to be fired. In addition our upstairs scout room had a new mural to liven it up. Many thanks to Gary for the drawing.
We all had great fun and our thanks go to Dartford Councillor, Avtar Sandhu who supported our recent award of a KCC members grant for family activities and equipment.
