Cubs Winter Camp Frylands March 2013

1st Dartford Cubs and Leaders enjoyed a King Arthur theme for this year's Winter Camp at Fryland Wood.   Despite the wet weather and the mud, the Cubs had great fun taking part in jousting competitions, shield, sword and tabard making and many other activities.  On the Saturday evening, the rain stopped long enough for us to enjoy campfire songs around a smokey fire and we ended the evening with wide games in the field.  We also celebrated Nia's birthday during the camp.  More photos can be found in the Gallery section.
